GUNAITO, in cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), is conducting a voluntary safety recall of the Gunaito Brown/White Fabric 10 Drawer Dresser (HD006BN-SLCD/HD006WH-SLCD), sold on Walmart between December 2024 and August 2025.

The reason for the recall is because CPSC test reports confirm a tip-over and entrapment hazard when the product is not securely anchored to a wall as required by the instructions, which may cause serious injury or death to children.

1. Safe disposal options
Consumers should secure the product to the wall with the complimentary anti-tip accessory, 
Immediately stop using the recalled dresser immediately if it is not properly wall-anchored, and contact GUNAITO for instructions to receive a full refund.

2. Refund process

1）Provide a Walmart.com order number for proof of purchase.

2）Write the word “Recalled” in paint or permanent marker prominently on the dresser and provide Gunaito with photos of this information displayed on the dresser.

3）Provide contact details, including name, address, telephone number, and email address.

3. Refund scope
For customers that provide a Order ID, GUNAITO will reimburse all out-of-pocket costs, such as the purchase price, tax, and shipping.
Since refunds are processed through the original Walmart payment method by default, please ensure that your Walmart account remains active. We recommend verifying the validity of the original payment method, such as credit cards, to avoid any potential issues.
4. Important notice
Upon receipt of the refund, consumers must dispose of the dresser according to local waste management guidelines.
After submitting the form, please make sure your email inbox has enough storage space (if it's full, you may not be able to receive our messages). Also, be sure to check your inbox—especially your spam or junk folder!
